Saúl Schkolnik

Saúl Schkolnik was born in Santiago de Chile on October 9, 1929. He studied architecture at the University of Chile, and received his degree in the year 1955. Saúl Schkolnik has been especially devoted to writing children’s stories, but has also made numerous forays into short stories for adults. He is also been a persistent figure in children’s literature promotion. Nowadays he has published more than a hundred books and lives in Aconcagua Valley, where he works as a philosophy teacher.
