Miguel Ángel Jusayú

Is a venezuelan writer from the wayuu ethnic tribe, known as guajiros . Miguel Ángel Jusayú, notwithstanding having lost his sight when he was thirteen years old, is the author of important works regarding the wayuu cultural heritage as are Morfología Guajira, Diccionario de la lengua guajira and Diccionario sistemático de la lengua guajira, among others. He has also written stories and legends, some of them translated into other languages as Ni era vaca ni era caballo, from Ediciones Ekaré.
