Rocío Martínez

Born in 1966 in Madrid, Spain. She specialized in printing in the Faculty of Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has illustrated for many editorials around the world: Japan, France, England, Venezuela and Mexico. She was selected in 1997 and 2001 to exhibit her work in the Bologna Children’s Book Fair. She has illustrated near twenty-five children’s books, having written six of them, including the Matías series.
