Laura Stagno

Born and raised in Venezuela. After completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts, major painting, she started to work illustrating children’s books. She has illustrated ¡Ay, Amor!, ABC and Yo Tenia 10 Perritos. In 2001 she wins a schollarship from the Japanese Government (Monbusho), and moved to Tokyo where she now studies Postgraduate Animation in “Musashino Art University”. She is now proposing some illustration projects to Japanese publishers that are interested in her artwork.
