Elvia Silvera

Born in Caracas, Venezuela. Studied Literature at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. She has been working on reading promotion nationally and internationally through seminars on: oral narrative and promotion of reading for children and adults. She is author of the book Para crecer con poesía from El Banco del Libro collection Formemos lectores.
